We are a Colombian non-profit organization that responds to the opportunities and threats that arise in the context created by the concept of “technology for development”, especially in relation to respect for human rights, personal freedoms, and social inequality.
Founded in 2003, we are one of the most active organizations of Latin American civil society working for the advocacy of human rights in the digital environment. Our current priorities are access to knowledge, security and privacy, social innovation, Internet governance, freedom of expression and gender and social equality, in relation to information and communications technologies (ICT).
